Low-Voltage Drives:

We offer a wide range of low-voltage drives for special purposes with NEMA 3R enclosure in a power range from 60 hp to 1,500 hp and voltages from 380 V to 460 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz. We have developed apparatuses specific for critical applications in severe conditions and for contaminated environments where hermetic drives with no cooling air exchange are required.

Principal applications for such drives include underground mines, cement industries, remote flow stations, remote irrigation stations, artificial lift for oil & gas industry and many other with dusty and humid environments. For oil & gas industry, we offer apparatuses specially developed for applications using progressive cavity pumps (PCP), mechanical pumping (pumpjack), electric submersible pumps (ESP), multiphase pumps, among others.

Medium-Voltage Drives:

At FLOPOWER, we have an extensive experience working with medium-voltage drives. We count with a NEMA 1 enclosure series to be installed in electrical rooms, and a NEMA 3R series designed for outdoor service at supply voltages from 2400 to 13,800 at 50 or 60 Hz, with outputs from 2400 to 6600 volts. We offer excellent solutions for projects where, for instance, it is required that several motors are controlled by the same adjustable-speed drive. Our apparatuses are designed thinking in space improvement of electrical rooms. We offer the most compact medium-voltage drive in the industry. Our 24-pulse (NEMA 1) and 36-pulse (NEMA 3R) drives comply with the IEEE 519 standard and can also work with standard motors without the need for special insulation.
